Stay at  Beauly Farm Cottage

Beauly Farm Cottage is a special place to stay — quiet, private, and a world away from the pace of everyday life.

Set within established gardens on a small working farm, this self-contained cottage is ideal for a couple wanting space to relax and unwind in the country. Just minutes from Geraldine and close to the village of Woodbury, with views out to Mount Peel.

The space

The cottage is warm, comfortable and fully self-contained, with everything you need for a relaxed stay.

Enjoy your own private access and come and go as you please. There’s space to slow down — whether that’s coffee in the garden, an evening drink outdoors, or simply taking in the quiet.

Milk, tea and coffee are provided, along with a small selection of pantry basics. Fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit are available from the garden for guests when in season.

At night, the skies are clear and expansive. In the morning, it’s birdsong.

Life on the farm

You’re welcome to wander the gardens, orchard and surrounding grounds at your own pace.

Seasonally, you may be able to pick fruit, berries or herbs, and you’re always welcome to ask questions about life on the farm.

Your host Fiona, or one of her family, is usually nearby if needed — otherwise, the space is entirely your own.

Add a farm tour to your stay

Make the most of your time on the farm with one of our guided tours. See working dogs in action, get up close with sheep, and experience a real slice of New Zealand farming.

Tours run daily at 10.00am and 1.30pm. Just let us know if you’d like to join, or book here.

Guest access

The cottage has its own driveway access and key for complete privacy.

Guests are welcome to use the garden spaces, washing line, and orchard produce when available.

Good to know

Beauly Cottage sits on a working farm, so you may occasionally see stock movement or dogs at work in the distance.

This is separate from the cottage, but if you’d like to explore more of the farm, just let us know.
